This morning was thick with fog, but then by around 8 it started to burn off and so I tried to capture that transition. On a more technical note, I tried a technique to get the full color range out of this picture that I read about last night: Imported the raw file with two different exposure settings and then overlaid them and then created a mask to separate the ground from the sky. Not a huge effect with this image, but enough to make a difference.
